Alone for Christmas

There are many people alone for the holidays, some of them are our callers. Some have parents that have passed away, or husbands that have left them, kids that are grown and gone, there’s all different kinds of alone that callers and operators can be experiencing. Some will just find it easier to go away for the holidays rather than be home alone, but not everyone has the money to do that. Some may not even have a pet to hug in their hour of need. Christmas can be a very sad and lonely time for many. Operators do hear from their share of men alone with no one else. A Friendly Ear

It can be surprising how many lonely people there are out there looking for a friendly ear to talk to.
